Submitting an order request through the site does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and its final price in writing. We reserve the right to decline any request.

Prices are confirmed with your quote and may vary with quantity, customisation and materials. Payment terms are set out in your confirmed quote or invoice. No payment is taken through the website itself.

Custom-printed and made-to-order items are produced to the specification you approve. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo or artwork you supply. Approved custom items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

Non-personalised items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty or misdescribed goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
