Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your basket and submit an order request. No payment is taken online — our team reviews your request and contacts you within 24 hours to confirm sizes, customisation and pricing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Individual items can be ordered on their own. Team orders with custom branding start at a minimum of 10 units per product.
How and when do I pay?
There is no online checkout. After you submit a request we confirm the final specification and price, then send a secure payment link or invoice. Nothing is charged until you approve the order.
Customisation
Can I add names, numbers and my team logo?
Yes. On eligible FOUR jerseys and tracksuits you can add player names, numbers, team colours and upload your logo using the online customiser. The on-screen preview is indicative — our design team confirms the final artwork before production.
What logo file format should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS) give the cleanest print — if you have one, mention it in your order notes and we’ll request it.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Kits are cut for an athletic fit. If you are between sizes or ordering for a full squad, contact us and we can arrange a sizing kit or sample so everyone gets the right fit.
What materials are your kits made from?
Our performance kits use lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics designed for match and training conditions. Exact composition varies by product and is listed on each product page where available.
Delivery & Returns
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard stock items ship within a few business days. Custom team orders are made to order — typical lead time is 3 to 4 weeks after artwork approval. We confirm a firm timeline with every quote.
What is your returns policy?
Non-personalised items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-printed and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the approved specification. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
